I talked to the Be In Charge nurse at Schering. By the way, if you are doing PEGIntron/Rib combo, this is a great program with a nurse available 24/7 to talk to when you have questions.
At any rate, she said the missed dose is not likely to matter much given that the half-life of the medication is so long. She said the doctor will probably say the same thing.
The nurse also said my state of mind on Monday was more likely due to the PEGIntron and not the missed dosage.

Hi Buzz
I remember my panic when I realised I had missed a dose – or taken too much – I never did work it out. But in the grander scheme of things, it seemed to work out with no noticeable consequence.
