Journey Back To Health: Week 1
I finished my Ribavirin on Saturday.
It was a low-key celebration as I had felt tired for about three days.
On Monday, I was dragging almost as if I had done a PEG-Intron shot the day before ... and that concerned me. So, Dr. Scott had me get some blood work done. By Monday afternoon, I had a bit more energy.
Believe me, I didn't expect to bounce back wit hin days. I know that the side-effects can continue for about six months. However, I really did not expect to have my energy level actually decrease.
Ah, the inconsistent consistencies that come with the Hep C treatment.
