I had to look ...
It appears I did Week 30's shot on Sunday.
Most Mondays have been going well, but this past Monday I had to leave work. I was getting pains in my side and in my head, plus that funky-flu stuff. I slept horribly on Monday night and rose this morning feeling pretty much the same.
Later, I felt pretty much the same. Most of the morning, I piddled around preparing for a meeting I was supposed to have with our graphics editor. I thought the side-effects would pass; however, just before lunch time I decided they weren't going to pass. So, I called in and spent the day at home alternating between Daily Times work, church work, rest ... you get the picture.
Strangely enough, for the first time in months I got the chills. The air was pretty stable at 78, which is the "unoccupied" setting. I covered up in a chair for a while and watched some TV. Later, I was sweating and had to kick the blanket off and cut the air back down.
The sinusitis is still with me. I had reached the point where I didn't have to take the decongestent that was prescribed earlier; however, this afternoon I got so I could hardly breathe and decided to take one. I had been taking it in the a.m., because it could keep me awake, so there's a risk taking it this late in the day. Still, it's either take my chances with the decongestent, or risk staying awake later this evening because I can't breathe.
Go figure ...
Grace and peace ...
