Not sure what the deal is these days ...
It's a rarity that I sleep all night through. Here it is a little after 3 a.m., and I'm awake. Even if I do get about six hours sleep, I've often been waking up around 6:15 or so.
When you're working nights already, it's really not fair.
Sometimes I lay in bed and pray, other times my mind is swirling.
So, I came to the playroom, checked to see the result of a virus scan, went to Grateful Fred's Web site to see if he had an out-of-print Bob Bennett CDs (don't have any of his older stuff, wish I did, but neither does Fred), and then decided to pen this note.
I think I'll try it one more time.
Maybe if I chant, "You're getting sleepy, sleepy, sleeeeepy ..." it'll work.
