Journey Back To Health: Week 3

Well, perhaps the Neupogen has been working; hope I only needed two weeks to get back on track. I'm coming down to the wire with the Prednisone, too.

There are still some other irritating side-effects, but I guess all things take time.

It's a good thing my energy seems to be leveling out -- particularly considering I'm still having some sleep issues. I say this because as I returned from vacation this week, The Daily Times house was rockin' with work waiting on me.

So, all in all, the year is starting out well!

Grace and peace ...

Happy New Year Buzz

Glad you're doing well in post-treatment phase. I too had an itchy-bumpy rash across my shoulders near the end of treatment and just after - it has now faded. So I knew what you meant. Also lots of raw red skin rashes - the worst being on my face for all the world to see for a week or so post treatment.

Good luck with your piece for the Times. And thanks for the suggestion of writing something using material from my blog. I'm thinking about it. Like you I am contemplating what would be the focus. Always one to ponder, that one.

Someone here in the UK has pitched the idea of a radio play based on dialogues from the blogs - it will be interesting to see if it gets commissioned.

Wishing you peace, happiness and good health in 2006 Buzz
Ron
